Yes! Audio Design Desk has a teriffic importer to help you import and tag your sounds. 
 
To add sounds to your add.app Library
Go to the Library Menu > Import Audio
Drag your sounds into the ADD Importer.
Update your meta data to your liking and check your sync marker points. 
Click the Import Files button.
